CRUCIAL TIMELINE NOTICE
Jury evaluation runs November 21st–December 15th, 2026. Status updates arrive via FilmFreeway notification, with the grand finale showcase on February 19th–20th, 2027.
STEP-BY-STEP FILMFREEWAY INSTRUCTIONS

Build your FilmFreeway project profile: Log into FilmFreeway, head to My Projects, click Add New Project, and fill out the form using these optimized specifications: Project Type: Select Film / Video. Title & Synopsis: Add a tight, engaging description (50–150 words). If your film contains deeper cultural perspectives or a social message, highlight that briefly in your summary. Video Format Specifications: Render your project files cleanly. An H.264 or .mp4 file format is highly recommended by the festival layout. Any aspect ratio is permitted, but a vertical aspect ratio is strictly recommended if you are targeting the One-Minute category.

Secure screening access: upload an HD file up to 10GB directly to FilmFreeway or link a password-protected Vimeo/YouTube screener and confirm the password field is correct.

Complete your Digital Press Kit and credits roster so the jury can track standout team members for awards including screenplay, acting, cinematography, music, and editing.

Go directly to https://filmfreeway.com/GlobalFramesFestUSA. Review the panel rules on the sidebar, and click the green Submit Now button on the right hand side.

Select your project, choose the correct runtime category, add it to your cart, optionally include a concise cover letter, and complete checkout by credit card or PayPal.

Final steps before your submission is officially in the GFF USA queue.
